The concept of Industry 4.0 was first proposed by the German government in 2011. As Internet Things (IoT) becomes more prevalent and big data analysis technology mature, it is beneficial for manufacturing industry to integrate apply related technologies pursue goal smart manufacturing. Taiwan’s machine tool downstream machine-tool purchasers, who are scattered around world, have formed a chain. To help suppliers important components boost their process capabilities, ensure final product quality tools improve capabilities entire chain, this study used radar charts present statistical testing information all characteristics, so that managers could complete when evaluating selecting appropriate suppliers. noted many studies, improving availability can reduce not only rate reworking scrappage during production but also frequency maintenance or replacement after purchase. result, loss costs caused reworking, scrappage, be diminished, carbon emissions lowered, environmental pollution reduced as well, which will achieve sustainable operation
